Education Mode

The Education Mode works closely with the other modes to provide technical assistance and best practices for the FGC. It supports those who are impacted by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), neurodiversity, and environmental trauma to engage and access services and programing within the FGC and beyond.


This mode focuses on prevention, intervention, education, technical assistance, and training.

About

Goals

  • Reduce risk and occurrence of substance-exposed pregnancies 
  • Improve quality of life and service delivery for people and families affected by neuro and environmental trauma
  • Engage with community, organizations and systems to identify, plan and implement intervention approaches using collaborative circles of care support models
  • Provide support for those impacted by neuro and environmental trauma
